A kricol. Lives in the deep swamps of Maithganon. More commonly known as a swamp dog. Ill-tempered creatures, generally. Amphibious. Often captured and bread as guardians and watchers. If trained properly, they can be very loyal to their master. Not terribly intelligent, but smarter than a lot of people give them credit for. Carnivore.

Yup, so here's my swamp dog. I shall call him Gooble.
Ahem. I had a lot of fun coloring this, actually. Tried a couple new methods this time 'round. Turned out pretty well. The worst parts were the spots (Oh mah god, the spots. Never again. . . ), and the fact that the tools on photoshop were almost the same color as the graygreen base color of Gooble here, and I kept loosing track of the cursor and flailing around with the mouse until It moved over some other color or the taskbar.
OOOoooo awsome job!

i love the details on the see through fin and the spots arnt that bad, if they were a bit for caried in color asn size it be better ^^ goodjob !
The color choice is amazing. I love the see through fin. And also, the spots, while annoying i hear, turned out so beautifully. WIthout the spots, i'm certain i wouldn't like this picutre as much. I mean, it really birngs an element of depth and life into the piece of art. Love it.
Thanks. I was actually not going to add spots at first, but I decided it would look better. And at the beginning, there were just gonna be a few here and there. It sorta got out of hand.
And the fin is cool, isn't it? I seem to be into weird transparent fin things lately.

Some people tell me they don't have the patience for art. I tell them I don't have the patience, either. Just have a single-minded determination that banishes all thoughts of boredom.

Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.
